This is a very easy to make gluten free taco dip for those weekend nights with guests!
I just tried this one last week and I already plan on having it again this weekend. The amounts or kinds of vegetables can be changed to your liking, have fun with it!

Mix together 1 pkg of cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream until smooth.
Add 1 pkg of taco seasoning (check label for wheat!)
Lay this mixture on the bottom of a pie plate and place in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
In a large bowl mix together the following and then pour over the dip base:
Dice and drain 3 tomatoes.
Shred 1 head of iceberg lettuce.
Dice one can of black olives.
Shred 2 cups of cheese (cheddar or your favorite kind).
Dice 1/4 cup of green onion.
Serve cold with gluten free corn chips or rice crackers.
