Safe and Unsafe Food Ingredients

Yesterday a member from our forum shared with us a few website lists to help with identifying what ingredients are and are not safe. This can be tricky and many little things can be overlooked, so take some time to go over these lists as you might be surprised with what is and is not gluten free!
